One of the things I consider is, what are you learning next? And more importantly, how are you going to make sure you actually spend time learning it? Find time. Whether it is a lunchtime, whether it is a block of time on a Friday afternoon, and you block it out and you go and learn something. You know what you need to learn. You know how you're going to progress. So find that time, block it out, and make sure you use it.
