Impactful Limited was founded in 2023 by James Louttit to help teams manage projects in a clearer, calmer and more effective way.
Inspired by James’s book, Leading Impactful Teams: Achieving Low-Stress Success in Project Management, the Impactful approach is practical, human-centred and genuinely enjoyable. It is designed for leadership teams, project teams, individuals and managers at every level, combining practical insights from project management, Agile, design thinking, behavioural psychology, facilitation and team-building.
